Currency and Conversion
All account balances, deposits and withdrawals on ku944 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a deposit is made in a currency other than BDT, the transaction may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any foreign exchange fees charged by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

Account Closure and Termination
You may close your ku944 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. ku944 reserves the right to terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability, and to forfeit any funds held in such an account where the breach involved fraudulent or prohibited conduct.
